自分に合った英語教師を見つけましょう
自分に合った先生を見つけることは重要です。
仕事や面接、試験などで英語が必要になるかもしれません。旅行を計画しているかもしれませんし、単に英語をもっと自信を持って話せるようになりたいだけかもしれません。
人それぞれ違うので、すべての人に合う教師や学習方法は存在しません。
1. 自己紹介をしてください
学生プロフィールを作成し[学生プロフィールへのリンク]、あなたの英語力、達成したい目標、希望するレッスン、そして一緒に学ぶのが楽しいと思う先生のタイプについて教えてください。
正直に話してください。私たちが聞きたいと思うことを言う必要はありません。あなたのことをもっと知れば知るほど、あなたにとって本当に良い先生を見つけるお手伝いがしやすくなります。
2. 先生たちを見てみましょう
「教師を探す」ページにアクセスして、時間をかけて探してみてください。
講師のプロフィール、教えている内容、経験、対応言語、レッスン料金、空き状況などを確認しましょう。絞り込みたい場合はフィルター機能を使用し、気に入った講師はお気に入りとして保存してください。
すぐに決める必要はありません。
3. 最初のレッスンを選択してください
気に入った先生が見つかったら、その先生のカードにある「レッスンを予約する」をクリックしてください。
ご都合の良い時間帯を個別に選ぶこともできますし、毎週同じ時間帯をご希望の場合は、毎週同じ時間に受講できる定期レッスンを選択することもできます。
一部の講師は、条件を満たす初回受講生に50％割引の体験レッスンを提供しており、追加レッスンを購入する前に講師と顔を合わせる機会が得られます。
4. 受講したいレッスンを購入する
ご自身に合ったレッスン数をお選びください。レッスンを個別に購入することも、割引率の高いレッスンパッケージを選択することもできます。
レッスンのクレジットは担当講師に帰属し、レッスンの予約時に使用されます。
5. さあ、始めましょう
レッスンを予約し、先生と会い、英語を使い始めて、英語力を向上させましょう。
自分に合った先生が見つかったら、そのままその先生にレッスンを続けましょう。もしニーズが変わったり、別の先生を試してみたくなった場合は、既に支払ったレッスン分を使い切ってから、改めて先生を探して新しい先生を選んでください。

Teach independently and find students who suit the way you teach
Finding the right teacher is important for a student, OF COURSE IT IS, but finding the right students is important for a teacher too.
Every teacher has different experiences, interests and strengths. Some students need help with general everyday conversation, while other students will need to learn more Business English, others want to pass exams and prepare for that. Pronunciation is what someone else wants or something more specialised.
TeacherTeacher.Asia is trying hard to help students find the best possible teacher and so we need to understand what you can offer them.
1. Join and tell students about yourself
Register as a teacher and create your profile with care. Tell students about your experiences, what you teach now, your special skills and the kind of students you enjoy working with.
Make your profile personal. Students aren't only choosing qualifications and experience, they are also choosing the person they will be talking to and learning with.
2. Choose how you want to teach
You decide your lesson length or duration (30min, 45min, or 60min), and the lesson price and the times you are available to teach. Use whole US dollars only, like $15, not $15.25. Students will see this in their local currency.
Keep your information and available times up to date. This is so students can see what you offer and then decide if you are the right teacher for them.
3. Let students find you
Once your teacher profile page and your booking availability, are active, students can find you on the site.
They can read your profile, save you as a favourite, see your available lesson times and book lessons with you.
Students who complete their Student Profile may also be matched with teachers who suit what they are looking for.
4. Make your profile stand out
Joining TeacherTeacher.Asia is free.
If you want more visibility, you can choose to augment your listing to Featured.
Being Featured, gives your profile extra exposure on TeacherTeacher.Asia and it lists your profile at the top and beginning of the listings.
You can also apply for Red Tag Verification. This is completely separate from Featured.
With Red Tag Verification, we check your identity, the important information in your profile and your ability to teach and communicate with an English learner. We make sure you are one of the best and what you say you are.
Featured is something you can buy. The Red Tag has to be earned.
5. Find the students who are right for you
Students can contact and book you themselves. We may also help you find suitable students who have agreed that teachers can contact them. When you find a student who enjoys learning with you, get to know what they really want from their English and help them see that they are making progress.
A first lesson could be the beginning of a long teaching relationship.
You choose how you teach, when you teach and what you charge. We help the right students find you.

3. 誰かにチャンスを与えてみよう
教師が自分に合っているかどうかは、実際に会ってみるまで分からない場合もある。
まずは1回レッスンを予約して、会話をしてみて、相性が合うかどうか確かめてみましょう。先生によっては「体験レッスン」を提供している場合もあるので、試してみるのも良いでしょう。
4. うまくいったら、そのまま続けよう
一緒に学ぶのが楽しい先生を見つけたら、その関係が深まるまで時間をかけてください。
先生はあなたの英語をより深く理解し、あなたがどこで苦労しているかを把握し、あなたの進歩に役立つことを学ぶでしょう。
考え方はシンプルです。あなたのことを理解してくれる先生を見つけましょう。まずは、あなたに教えることを楽しんでくれる先生から始めてみてください。
着実に進歩を遂げている
レッスンは大切ですが、レッスンとレッスンの間の過ごし方も大切です。
週1回のレッスンは良いスタート地点ですが、英語学習は先生と一緒に座っている時だけ行われるものではありません。もしあなたが何らかの理由で真剣に英語を学びたいのであれば、少なくとも週2回のレッスンをお勧めします。さらに、達成したい言語レベルがある場合は、それ以上のレッスンを受けると良いでしょう。

自分のニーズを理解してくれる教師がいることも重要です。
英語を頻繁に使い、諦めずに努力を続け、時間をかけてください。そうすれば英語力は向上します。
YOUR LIFE FLUENT (YLF)
For students who really want (or need) to make a fluent English part of their everyday life
YOUR LIFE FLUENT or YLF is being developed for students who want to go further than regular weekly lessons.
The idea is simple: use English every day. YLF is not for those who want an easy life - it is for those who have the determination to succeed and speak fluent English. The fluency you will get is based fully on your English needs and expectations you tell us, you want. The English fluency an air hostess needs is vastly different from someone getting employed in the computer software industry, or for a person, getting into a new relationship and just wanting to be able to talk to their new special friend.
Instead of learning English for an hour and then putting it away until next week, YLF keeps you listening, thinking and speaking throughout the week.

1. Make time for English every day
The aim is at least 30 minutes of focused English practice every day, alongside your normal lessons.
You don't have to sit with a textbook for 30 minutes. The important thing is that you are actively using English.
2. Keep talking between lessons
One part of YLF uses short audio messages between you and your teacher, via a smart phone and LINE MESSAGING AUDIO - The student gets a message, listens to it, and the answers the message by speaking back into his cell phone (mobile phone).
Your teacher might send you a question or ask about something for you to talk about. You listen, think about your answer and send a spoken reply.
This constant exposure to English sounds, and you having to respond is an essential and integral part of YLF.
3. Don't wait until you feel ready
Speaking English can feel uncomfortable at first, it always does for everyone but that feeling soon goes away and is forgotten. Feeling awkward or uncomfortable is one reason people sometimes avoid doing it.
YLF asks you to do the opposite — start speaking and keep speaking.
The more you use English, the less strange it begins to feel.
4. You have to want to do it
YLF isn't a shortcut and it isn't a promise that you will suddenly become fluent.
It needs time, regular practice and a real desire to improve.
We have previously used a version of this approach with learners in Japan, with some beginning to speak English in approximately two and a half months. Everyone is different, but that experience helped shape our belief that frequent speaking and regular teacher support can make a real difference.
5. YLF is still being developed
We are building YLF as a separate learning route on TeacherTeacher.Asia.
The final program, how to join and when it will be available will be announced when everything is ready.
